ALLENTOWN: UFRSD eyeing two dozen layoffs
ALLENTOWN The Upper Freehold Regional Board of Education has adopted a tentative .86 million budget for 2011-2012 that proposes a number of fee increases for parents and lays off about 25 employees in order to stay within the stateâs new 2 percent cap on increases in the tax levy.
